Course Outcomes

After completing this course, the student will be able to:

CO1

have got familiarised with protein sequence searches.

CO2

be able to read backbone (phi, psi) values, recognise secondary structures and supersecondary structures.

CO3

be able to recognise and distinguish related protein folds.

CO4

to appreciate protein structure-function relationships.
